These Terms are a standard website terms template aligned with common practice for a creative portfolio. They are not legal advice; have them reviewed by counsel for your situation.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using the website operated by Quartarone Visuals (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. The Site and services
The Site is a portfolio showcasing video and related creative work. Unless expressly agreed in a separate contract, nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to provide production or editing services; inquiries are subject to separate confirmation.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site unlawfully or in a way that could harm, disable, or impair it;
- Attempt unauthorised access to systems, data, or accounts;
- Scrape, mine, or harvest data from the Site in violation of applicable law or these Terms;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site’s design, text, graphics, and selection and arrangement of materials are owned by Quartarone Visuals or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Portfolio videos and third-party content: Embedded or showcased audiovisual works may be owned by clients, co-producers, platforms, or third parties. Those materials are displayed for professional demonstration only. You may not copy, redistribute, broadcast, or exploit such content without permission from the respective rights-holders.
Limited private viewing of the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted. Any other use requires prior written consent.
5. Trademarks
Names, logos, and brands appearing on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners. Use of third-party marks does not imply endorsement.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quartarone Visuals and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site.
If liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising from the Site shall not exceed one hundred euros (€100) or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower, except where mandatory law provides otherwise (including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, where applicable).

The Site may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence within the European Union or elsewhere.
For disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, the courts of Italy shall have exclusive jurisdiction, where permitted by applicable mandatory consumer protection rules.

We may update these Terms. The updated version will be indicated by the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes may constitute acceptance where allowed by law.
